1. Cancellation of Order Before Delivery (Right of Withdrawal Before Delivery)

The user has the right to cancel the order, i.e., to cancel the sale transaction before the products are delivered to the courier company. In this case, the user can cancel the order by immediately sending a cancellation notice to the email address: [email protected].

“D.I. FEIDAS S.A.” will accept the cancellation and refund the payment to the user by crediting their credit card, only if the purchased product(s) have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the user. If the products have already been handed over to the courier company, the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the terms specified below.

2. Change - Return of Products After Delivery

2.1. If the user is not satisfied with the purchase made (e.g., exchange of the product due to size, color, etc.), they have the right to request an exchange of the purchased product, under the express condition that the product has not been used and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or a third party designated by them received the product(s). In the case of multiple products ordered by the user in a single order and delivered separately, this period is counted from the day the user or the third party designated by them received the last product.

"D.I. FEIDAS S.A." will not be able to issue credits for pending transactions after the expiration of the aforementioned 14-day period.

2.2. In this case, and within the above deadline, the user can send their request via email to: [email protected], asking for an exchange of the product with another product of their choice, specifying all the information listed on the proof of shipment.

The user's request will be reviewed by the customer service department, and the user will be notified within up to 3 business days via email about the approval of the exchange/return request. Subsequently, the product must be sent to "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." within three (3) days from the date of approval of the return request. Exchanges, if they involve a different product code, will be processed at the current prices of the electronic store of "D.I. FEIDAS S.A.," regardless of any discount or promotion periods.

2.3. Product Exchange Process

You can exchange your product(s) using the following methods:

  • Free of charge via Box Now, by following the Box Now return procedure.

  • Via any courier company of your choice, with shipping costs paid by you (sender’s charge). If you choose to return the item using a courier company of your choice, with recipient billing (to Δ.Ι ΦΕΙΔΑΣ Α.Ε.), the return will not be accepted.

  • Products must be unused.

  • They must be returned in their original box.

Note: Refunds can only be processed online and not at the physical store.

Legally, it is clarified that any shipment of products to “D.I. FEIDAS S.A.” via regular postal mail (ELTA) is strictly excluded from acceptance and is not recognized as a valid delivery.

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed exchange instructions via email.

The customer is entitled to a second exchange as well. However, for the second exchange, the customer must send the product via a courier company of their choice at their own cost (sender/customer charge). If the product is mistakenly sent with recipient charge, a fee of €7 will apply, payable either by cash on delivery (for courier shipments) or via bank transfer (for Box Now shipments).

Legally, it is clarified again that any shipment via ELTA is not accepted and is not considered a valid delivery.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Exchange via Box Now: Free of charge

  • Exchange via the partnered courier company: €2

Price Difference

  • If the new product is of higher value, the customer may pay the price difference via bank transfer for free Box Now shipping.

  • If the new product is of higher value, the customer may pay the price difference via cash on delivery when shipped through the partnered courier company. Cash on delivery service fee: €2

2.4. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the price difference must be paid by cash on delivery upon the delivery of the new product. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, the customer must make up the value of the returned item with a product of equal or greater value.

2.5. It is noted that exchanges/returns made without prior notification to the Customer Service Department of the e‑shop of ‘D.I. Feidas S.A.’ will not be accepted. IMPORTANT NOTE: Exchanges/returns for purchases made at the physical corporate store cannot be processed through the e‑shop.

3. Right of Withdrawal After Delivery and Refund

3.1. If the user is not satisfied with the purchase they made, they further have the right to return the product/products they purchased and request a refund of the amount paid, as provided by Greek consumer protection law (right of withdrawal from a completed sale), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party designated by them received the product/products. In the case of multiple products ordered by the user in a single order and delivered separately, the period is calculated from the day the user or the third party designated by them received the last product.

3.2. In this case, the user may submit their request via email to: [email protected], providing all the information listed on the shipping receipt, requesting the return of the product in exchange for a refund of the amount paid, without charge (for the value of the product), provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the user submits their request for a refund and under the condition that the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g. retail receipt or invoice, barcode labels, etc.).

3.3. If the product(s) being returned have a value less than €40.00 (i.e., €40.00 or below)€4.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover part of the shipping costs incurred by D.J. Fidas S.A. for the shipment and return of the product(s) without a final purchase being completed.

4. Important Notes

4.1. If a refund is requested, the amount for the value of the product will be refunded to the user within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product by our company, once the return is approved, to the same account from which the payment for the order was made. In the case where "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." does not accept the return due to the poor condition of the product, the customer will be charged a fee of €7 (seven euros), payable upon delivery.

4.2. For payments made through cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer to an account specified by the customer, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the returned product is received by us, and once the return is approved.

4.3. In the case of a refund request, the customer may return the product they wish to send back in the following ways:

  • Free of charge (regarding the product value) via return using the Box Now method (valid only for orders originally shipped with Box Now). The refund amount is issued in full, without any deductions, provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the refund request is submitted, and as long as the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice, barcode tags, etc.).

  • The product may also be returned using any other courier company, with shipping costs paid by the sender (customer). In this case as well, the refund amount is issued in full, without any deductions, provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the refund request is submitted, and as long as the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice, barcode tags, etc.).

  • For a refund request following a previous exchange, provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the refund request is submitted, and as long as the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice, barcode tags, etc.), the customer must send the product exclusively at their own shipping cost, using any courier company of their choice. After the product is received, inspected, and approved, D.I. FEIDAS S.A. will proceed with refunding the original amount. In this case, the refund is issued in full, without any deductions.

If, by mistake, the product is sent — after a second exchange and with a refund request — with shipping costs charged to the company (recipient), an amount of €7 will be deducted from the refund to cover transportation and handling costs.

Legally, it is clarified once again that any shipment of products to “D.I. FEIDAS S.A.” via regular postal mail (“ELTA”) is strictly excluded from acceptance and is not recognized as a valid delivery.

Refunds for products can only be processed online and not through the physical store.

4.4. All returned packages and products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, without any alterations.

4.5. The company "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." is entitled to refuse the return of a product if the original packaging of the product has shipping labels, tapes, etc., that violate the commercial appearance of the original packaging. The returned product must be placed in the packaging of the respective courier company or another packaging, on which the return documents (shipping labels, etc.) of the courier company can be affixed. If there is no packaging, the courier company will seal/apply adhesive tape to the original packaging of the product, resulting in physical damage to it.

4.6. During discount periods and/or other promotional actions, product exchanges are not allowed. In this case, the acceptable days for exchanges are correspondingly extended.

5. Wrong Shipment of Products

5.1. In the event that the user receives products that do not match the placed order, they have the right, provided the product has not been used, and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party designated by them receives the product(s), and in the case of multiple products ordered by the user in one order and delivered separately, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party designated by them receives the last product, to send their request by email to: [email protected], providing all the information listed on the shipping receipt, within five (5) calendar days from the receipt of the product, and to ship the product within three (3) days from the approval of the return request.

5.2. In the case of incorrect shipment, the user will not incur any charges related to replacement costs and shipping fees.

6. Condition of Returned Products

6.1. Returns or exchanges of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used, and the return will be at the customer's expense. For the process of checking the returned products, we require up to 3 working days. The products must be returned (for a refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and intact, with the original packaging (including all accessories, etc.), and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt received by the user.

The products should not have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed, and the tags must remain attached to the product. Both the right to exchange and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only a part of the product (e.g., accessories of the product).

6.2. The company "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." has the right to refuse the return of a product if there are shipping labels, tapes, etc., attached to the product’s original packaging, which violate the commercial appearance of the original packaging. The returned product must be placed in the packaging of the corresponding courier company or another package, onto which the return documents (shipping labels, etc.) of the courier company can be affixed. If no packaging is available, the courier company will seal/apply adhesive tape to the product's original packaging, resulting in physical damage to it.

7. Shipment of Products

7.1 Product Exchange Shipping

“D.I. FEIDAS S.A.” is required to dispatch the replacement product(s) within 14 calendar days from the date the returned items are received, inspected, and the exchange request is approved.

  • Exchange shipments via Box Now are free of charge.

  • Exchange shipments via the partnered courier company are charged €2.

If the new product(s) selected are of higher value than the returned item:

  • The customer may pay the price difference via bank transfer for free Box Now shipping.

  • The customer may pay the price difference via cash on delivery upon receipt, when shipped through the partnered courier company. Cash on delivery service fee: €2

7.2 It is noted that exchanges/returns made without prior notification to the Customer Service Department of the e‑shop of ‘D.I. Feidas S.A.’ will not be accepted. IMPORTANT NOTE: Exchanges/returns for purchases made at the physical corporate store cannot be processed through the e‑shop.

8. Defective Products

8.1. The company "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." has all the obligations towards the user as provided in articles 534 and following of the Civil Code for the seller.

8.2. Specifically, in the case that a product proves to be defective within fourteen (14) days from its receipt, the company "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." undertakes to replace it with a new one, at no additional cost to the user. Once the defect is identified, the user can submit a return request by sending an email to: [email protected], including all the details listed on the proof of delivery, in order to receive instructions for the return/replacement process. If the product is out of stock, the user may request to replace it with another product of equal value or even one of higher value, with the obligation to cover any additional cost that may arise.

In any case, a product that has been used, as described above regarding the condition of returned products, is not considered defective.

9. Free Gift Return Policy

9.1. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised and a refund is requested (for part or the total of the order), the return of any free gift accompanying the order is mandatory, as the gift is considered an integral part of the overall offer and the sales contract.

9.2. Detailed Terms:

Contractual Term: The purchase of a product accompanied by a gift is treated as a single transaction unit. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the gift must be returned along with the main product in its original received condition.

9.3. Condition of Products & Gift:

 For a return to be accepted and a refund to be processed, both the main product and the gift must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used, damaged, or altered.

9.4. Gift Value & Deduction: 

If the gift is not returned, or is returned in a condition that indicates use or wear (e.g., missing packaging, signs of use), www.boxer.gr reserves the right to: Withhold the value corresponding to the gift from the total refund amount, or not complete the refund process until the gift has been received in the required excellent condition.

9.5. Deadline: The gift must be returned simultaneously with the main product within the legal deadline of 14 calendar days.
