1. Return Policy – Cyprus
Order Cancellation Before Delivery (Right of Withdrawal Before Delivery)
The user has the right to cancel the order, i.e. cancel the purchase transaction, before the products are delivered to the courier company. In this case, the user may cancel the order by immediately sending a cancellation statement to the email address: [email protected].
D.I. Fidas S.A. will accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the user via a credit to the user's credit card, only if the purchased product(s) have not yet been delivered to the courier company for shipment to the user.
If the products have already been handed over to the courier company, the cancellation will be treated as a product return, in accordance with the terms below.
2. Exchange – Return of Products After Delivery
2.1 Right to Exchange
If the user is not satisfied with the purchase (e.g., wishes to exchange the product due to size, color, etc.), they have the right to request an exchange of the purchased product provided that the product has not been used and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or a third party designated by the user received the product(s).
In the case of multiple products ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the day the user or the designated third party received the last product.
After the expiration of the above 14-day period, D.I. Fidas S.A. cannot provide any pending credits.
2.2 Exchange Request Procedure
Within the above timeframe, the user may submit their request by sending an email to [email protected], requesting the exchange of the product with another product of their choice and including all the information listed on the shipping receipt.
The user's request will be reviewed by the Customer Service Department, and the user will be informed within up to three (3) working days via email regarding the approval of the exchange/return request.
After approval, the product must be sent to D.I. Fidas S.A. within three (3) days from the date the return request is approved.
Exchanges involving a different product code are carried out based on the current prices of the online store of D.I. Fidas S.A., regardless of any discount period or promotional offers.
2.3 Return Shipping Procedure
Returned products must be sent via ELTA Courier or BOX Now, with shipping costs paid by the sender, to the following address:

Returns sent with any other courier company will not be accepted.
Products must:
Be unused
Be packed by you, preferably in the BOXER bag, or another suitable bag if unavailable
Be inside their original box
Include the purchase receipt or invoice
Please do not attach tapes, stickers, vouchers, etc. directly on the product box. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject the return.
Exchange Procedure
Please inform us via email about the desired exchange (product code – color – size).
After the returned products are received:
They will be inspected.
The new requested products will be reserved.
You will then receive a new email containing the company bank account details in order to pay:
The shipping cost for resending the new product (according to the price list)
Any price difference between the products (if applicable).
In the payment reference, the same full name used in the original order must be written, so that identification can be carried out quickly and easily.
After completing the payment, please send a copy of the bank payment order via email to [email protected], writing "EXCHANGE" and your full name.
Once the payment confirmation is received:
A shipping number will be issued
The exchange shipment will be scheduled
Note: Reservations of product codes, colors, or sizes cannot be made before the returned product is inspected.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the card used to pay for the order.

If a refund is requested, the amount corresponding to the value of the returned product will be refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the returned product is received by our company.
2.4 Price Difference in Exchanges
If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, the customer must cover the value difference by selecting additional product(s) of equal or greater value.
3. Free Gift Return Policy
3.1. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised and a refund is requested (for part or the total of the order), the return of any free gift accompanying the order is mandatory, as the gift is considered an integral part of the overall offer and the sales contract.
3.2. Detailed Terms:
Contractual Term: The purchase of a product accompanied by a gift is treated as a single transaction unit. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the gift must be returned along with the main product in its original received condition.
3.3. Condition of Products & Gift:
For a return to be accepted and a refund to be processed, both the main product and the gift must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used, damaged, or altered.
3.4. Gift Value & Deduction:
If the gift is not returned or is returned in a condition indicating use or damage (e.g., missing packaging, signs of wear), www.boxer.gr reserves the right to:
Deduct the value of the gift, set at the amount of €30.00, from the total refund amount.
Or withhold the refund process until the gift is received in the required mint condition.
3.5. Deadline: The gift must be returned simultaneously with the main product within the legal deadline of 14 calendar days.
