6. PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCESS

6.1. Process description – useful information about the process, delivery time and how to purchase products. After placing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail with the details of your order. After processing the order by the online shopping department of “D.I. FIDAS SA“, you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. From this point the contract between us is concluded. During the progress of your order you will receive a series of automated e-mails, which will report the progress of the order. 6.2. In the event that your order is pending, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail and/or sms. Alternatively, we will contact you on the telephone numbers you have given us when registering or entering the order on our site. 6.3. There is no way to disable these updates, the sending of which is a condition for the correct progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and to keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in the event that you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without delay. Your products are delivered as quickly as possible and in any case within a time that does not exceed thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions are products with a delivery status of “Pre-order”, “Expected Soon” and “On order”, for which there will be a separate delivery notification.

7. CHANGES – RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

7.1. Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
The user has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction before the delivery of the products to the courier company. In this case, the user may cancel the order by immediately sending a cancellation statement to the e-mail address: [email protected]. The“D.I. FIDAS SA” will accept the cancellation and refund the price to the user by crediting his credit card, only if the (purchased) product/(purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company ( courier) for delivery to the user. If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the conditions below.
7.2. Change- Return of products after delivery
7.2.1. If the user is not satisfied with the purchase made (e.g. change of the product due to size, color, etc.) he has the right to request the change of the purchased item of the product, under the express condition of not using the product and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party indicated by him received the product(s) and in case of multiple products ordered by the user with one order and delivered separately within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party indicated by him received the last product. 7.2.2. In this case and within the above deadline, the user may send his request by electronic message/e-mail to the electronic address: [email protected] >, requesting the exchange of the product with another product of his choice, stating all the information stated in the proof of shipment. The user’s request will be checked by the customer service department and the user will be informed via e-mai, about the approval of the change / return request. Then the product should be sent “P.O. FIDAS S.A.” within three (3) days from the date of approval of the refund request. Changes, if they concern a different product code, are made on the current prices of the online store of “D.I. FIDAS SA”, regardless of the period of discounts, offers or not. 7.2.3. The change of the product will be carried out ONLY through the cooperating courier company “ELTA COURIER for a fee of the recipient. The user has the right for a second change of the product, also ONLY through the cooperating courier company “ELTA COURIER”, however, for the second (2nd) change, the amount of €7 will be charged to cover transport costs and under the express condition that the aforementioned change/return request procedure has been followed. 7.2.4. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the user will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment procedure (to pay the difference). The e-mail will contain a link to the payment page of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment details according to the conditions below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then “D.I. FIDAS S.A.” will credit the user with the difference as stated below. 7.2.5. It should be noted that changes/returns, WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE E-SHOP OF “D.I. FIDAS SA”, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
7.3. Right of withdrawal after delivery and refund
7.3.1. If the user is not satisfied with the purchase he made, he further has the right to return the product/products he bought and to request a refund of the price paid, as provided by Greek legislation for the protection of the consumer (right of withdrawal from a completed sale) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party indicated by him received the product(s) and in case of multiple products ordered by the user with one order and delivered separately within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party indicated by him received the last product. 7.3.2. In this case, the user can register his request by electronic message/e-mail to the electronic address: [email protected], mentioning all the information written on the proof of shipment, requesting the return of the product for a refund of the price paid, and if the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the user submits his request for a refund
and provided that the product is in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all accompanying documents (eg retail receipt or invoice, barcode labels, etc.).

7.4. Important notes

7.4.1. If a refund is requested, the product value will be refunded to the user within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product by our company, after receiving authorization of the return, to the same account from which the payment of the order was made. 7.4.2. For payments that have been made by the cash on delivery method, the refund is made by bank transfer to an account that will be indicated to us, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of returned product to us and after return approval is received. For orders that have been charged with shipping costs, the shipping amount is not refunded. 7.4.3. In the case of a refund, the customer should send the product he wants to return EXCLUSIVE with the COURIER COMPANY >”ELTA COURIER, with recipient’s fee, and not by ordinary mail (ELTA). Otherwise, the company reserves the right not to accept the return. 7.4.4. In the case of a refund, the amount of seven euros (€7.00) will be deducted from the amount of the refund to cover the cost of transportation. 7.4.5. All returned parcels and products must be in the same condition as delivered, without any alteration. 7.4.6. The company “D.I. FIDAS SA” has the right to refuse the return of the product, in the event that in the original packaging of the product, there are attached shipping labels, tapes, etc., which violate the commercial appearance of the original packaging. The returned product must be placed in the packaging of the respective courier company or other packaging, on which the return documents (shipping labels, etc.) of the courier company can be affixed. If there is no packaging, the transport company will seal / apply adhesive tape to the original packaging of the product, resulting in physical damage to it. 7.4.7. During periods of sales and/or other promotions, no product changes are made. In this case, the acceptable changeover calendar days are shifted accordingly.

7.5. Incorrect shipment of products

7.5.1. In the event that the user receives products, which do not agree with the order placed, he has the right under the express condition of not using the product and within fourteen (14) calendar days days from the day the user or the third party indicated by him received the product / products and in the case of several products ordered by the user in one order and delivered separately within fourteen (14) calendar days days from the day the user or the third party indicated by him received the last product, to send his request by electronic message/e-mail to the e-mail address: [email protected] /strong>, stating all the information on the proof of shipment, within five calendar (5) days of receipt of the product and to ship the product within three (3) days from the date of approval of the request. 7.5.2. In the case of incorrect shipment, there is no charge to the user, related to replacement and transport costs.

7.6. Status of returned products

7.6.1. Return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. The products must be returned (for a refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and intact and with their original packaging (including all accessories, etc.) and must be accompanied by the purchase document received by the user. They must not have been worn, damaged, altered or washed and tags must remain on the product. Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) concern the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on a part of the product alone (e.g. on product accessories). 7.6.2. The company “D.I. FIDAS SA”, is entitled to refuse the return of the product, in case the product’s original packaging contains shipping labels, tapes, etc., which violate the commercial appearance of the original packaging. The returned product must be placed in the packaging of the respective courier company or other packaging, on which the return documents (shipping labels, etc.) of the courier company can be affixed. If there is no packaging, the transport company will seal / apply adhesive tape to the original packaging of the product, resulting in physical damage to it.

7.7. Shipping the products

Products to be returned or exchanged within Greece are sent only through the cooperating courier company with “D.I. FIDAS SA” courier company (ELTA COURIER). In case of sending the product for return or exchange with another courier company, the user will be charged the shipping costs. The cost of shipping products to be returned or exchanged outside of Greece is borne by the user.

7.8. Defective Products

7.8.1. The company “D.I. FIDAS S.A.” has towards the user all the obligations provided for in articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code for the seller. 7.8.2. Especially if a product proves to be defective within fourteen (14) days of its receipt, the company “D.I. FIDAS SA” undertakes to replace it with a new one, without any charge to the user. As soon as the defect is detected, the user can register a return request by electronic message/e-mail to the e-mail address: [email protected], mentioning all the information written on the proof of shipment), so that receive instructions on the return/replacement process. If there is no availability, he has the possibility to request the replacement of the product, with another, equal product of his choice or with a greater value, with the obligation to cover the additional difference that will arise.
