1.1. The website www.boxer.gr is the online store for displaying and selling products via the Internet of the Greek anonymous company under the name "D.I. FEIDAS S.A.", GEMI No 000261601000 which is located at Loutrou Street No. 87 in Acharnes, Attica, Greece (VAT number: 094021775 – Athens FAO). Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to review the terms and conditions set forth, which specifically apply to the use of our company's online store, located at www.boxer.gr.

1.2. Please ensure that you agree with the following terms and conditions, as any transaction you make with us through the aforementioned website, www.boxer.gr, is governed by these terms, and your transaction with us implies acceptance of these terms.

1.3. "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms and conditions for transactions conducted through its online store. "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." is obliged to inform users of any modifications or changes via the website of this online store. It is noted that any changes to the terms do not affect orders that have already been placed.

2. INFORMATION & PRODUCTS

D.I. FEIDAS S.A." is committed to the completeness and accuracy of the information provided on its website www.boxer.gr regarding the essential characteristics, which are described for each product it offers, subject to the explicit reservation of any technical or typographical errors that may have been overlooked or occurred unintentionally, or due to possible interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure.

3. SCOPE OF LIABILITY

D.I. FEIDAS S.A." guarantees the timely notification of final consumers regarding the unavailability of products. The online store is not responsible for any technical problems that may arise for users when attempting to access the website and during the use of the site, which are related to the functionality or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Additionally, "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." is not liable for actions or omissions by third parties, particularly unauthorized and/or malicious interventions by third parties in products and/or information provided through the online store.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website www.boxer.gr is the official online platform of "D.I. FEIDAS S.A.", where images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, and products are posted, all of which are the property of the company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international conventions. The names, images, logos, and distinctive features that identify "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." and/or its online store are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." and/or the website www.boxer.gr, and are protected by Greek, EU, and international trademark laws, as well as laws related to industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users of the website www.boxer.gr agree not to use it and the online store of "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." for the transmission, publication, emailing, or any other means of distribution of content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, offensive, harassing, libelous, insulting, violates the privacy of others, indicates bias or discrimination, could harm minors in any way, is not permitted under the law or contractual or management relations (such as internal, proprietary, and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements), violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of third parties, contains software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, or hinder the operation of any software or computer hardware, willfully or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and EU laws and regulations, may harass third parties in any way, or uses content to collect or store personal data of users.

6. PURCHASE PROCESS OF PRODUCTS

6.1. Description of the Process – Useful Information Regarding the Process, Delivery Time, and Method of Purchasing Products After placing your order, you will receive an automated email containing the details of your order. Once your order has been processed by the electronic purchasing department of "D.I. FEIDAS S.A.", you will receive a second, confirmation email with the products that will be shipped to you. At this point, our contract is established. During the progress of your order, you will receive a series of automated emails that will indicate the status of your order.

6.2. In Case of an Issue with Your Order If there is an issue with your order, you will receive an appropriate email and/or SMS. Alternatively, we will contact you at the phone numbers provided during your registration or when placing your order on our website.

6.3. Email Notifications and Obligations There is no way to disable these notifications, as their sending is a prerequisite for the proper processing of your order. Please ensure that these emails can reach you and that you retain them throughout the transaction. It is your responsibility to notify us promptly if you are not receiving the relevant emails, in accordance with the general terms governing our transactions. Your products will be delivered as quickly as possible, and in any case, within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions apply to products with a delivery status of "Pre-orders," "Coming Soon," and "On demand," for which a separate delivery update will be provided.

7. CHANGES – RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

7.1. Cancellation of Order Before Delivery (Right of Withdrawal Before Delivery)

The user has the right to cancel the order, i.e., to cancel the sales transaction before the products are handed over to the courier company. In this case, the user can cancel the order by sending a cancellation notice to the email address: [email protected]. "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." will accept the cancellation and refund the price to the user by crediting their credit card, only if the purchased product(s) have not been handed over to the courier company. If the products have already been given to the courier, the cancellation will be treated as a return under the terms described below.

7.2. Product Change or Return After Delivery

7.2.1. If the user is not satisfied with their purchase (e.g., a product change due to size, color, etc.), they have the right to request a product exchange, provided the product has not been used, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the user or the third party designated by them received the product(s). In the case of multiple products ordered in one purchase and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date the user or the third party received the last product.

7.2.2. In this case, within the aforementioned deadline, the user may send their request via email to [email protected], requesting an exchange of the product for another product of their choice, including all information from the shipping receipt. The customer service team will review the request and notify the user via email whether the exchange/return request is approved. Subsequently, the product must be sent to "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." within three (3) days of the approval. Exchanges involving different product codes will be done at the current prices of the online store, regardless of discounts, offers, or sales periods.

7.2.3. Product exchanges can be carried out in the following ways:

  • Free of charge through our partner Box Now, by following the Box Now return procedure.

  • Via any courier company of your choice, with shipping costs paid by you (sender-paid). If you choose to return the item using a courier company of your choice, with recipient billing (to Δ.Ι ΦΕΙΔΑΣ Α.Ε.), the return will not be accepted.

7.2.4. If the new product costs more than the returned product, the user will be notified by email to proceed with a new payment for the price difference. The email will contain a link to the payment page of the website, where the user will enter payment details as outlined below. If the new product costs less, "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." will refund the difference to the user.

7.2.5. Changes/returns without prior notification to the Customer Service department of the e-shop of "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." will not be accepted.

7.3. Right of Withdrawal After Delivery and Refund

7.3.1. If the user is not satisfied with their purchase, they have the right to return the product(s) and request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the user or the third party designated by them received the product(s). If multiple products were ordered in one purchase and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date the user or the third party received the last product.

7.3.2. In this case, the user may submit their request via email to [email protected], providing all information from the shipping receipt and requesting the return of the product(s) for a refund. The product(s) must be returned no later than fourteen (14) days after the user submits their return request, and the product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., receipt, invoice, barcode labels).

7.3.3. If the value of the product(s) to be returned is €40.00 or less, a €4.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping costs.

7.4. Important Notes

7.4.1. If a refund is requested, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the returned product, to the same account used for the original payment.

7.4.2. For payments made by cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to an account specified by the user, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

7.4.3. In the case of a refund request, the customer may return the product they wish to send back in the following ways:

  • Free of charge (regarding the product value) via return using the Box Now method. The refund amount is issued in full, without any deductions, provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the refund request is submitted, and as long as the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice, barcode tags, etc.).

  • The product may also be returned using any other courier company, with shipping costs paid by the sender (customer). In this case as well, the refund amount is issued in full, without any deductions, provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the refund request is submitted, and as long as the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice, barcode tags, etc.).

It is legally clarified that any shipment of products to “D.I. FEIDAS S.A.” via regular postal mail (“ELTA”) is strictly excluded from acceptance and is not recognized as a valid delivery.

  • For a refund request following a previous exchange, provided that the user returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the refund request is submitted, and as long as the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition, and accompanied by all relevant documents (e.g., retail receipt or invoice, barcode tags, etc.), the customer must send the product exclusively at their own shipping cost, using any courier company of their choice. Once the product is received, inspected, and approved, D.I. FEIDAS S.A. will proceed with refunding the original amount. In this case, the refund is issued in full, without any deductions.

If, by mistake, the product is sent — after a second exchange and with a refund request — with shipping costs charged to the company (recipient), an amount of €7 will be deducted from the refund to cover transportation and operational costs.

It is legally clarified once again that any shipment of products to “D.I. FEIDAS S.A.” via regular postal mail (“ELTA”) is strictly excluded from acceptance and is not recognized as a valid delivery.

Refunds for products can only be processed online and not through the physical store.

7.4.4. All returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered, without any alterations or damages.

7.4.5. "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." reserves the right to refuse a product return if the original packaging is damaged or has shipping labels or tapes affixed that violate the commercial appearance of the packaging.

7.4.6. During sale or promotional periods, product exchanges are not allowed. In this case, the accepted change period will be extended accordingly.

7.5. Incorrect Product Shipment

7.5.1. If the user receives products that do not match the order, they have the right to request an exchange under the condition that the product has not been used, and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The user must send a request via email to [email protected], providing all the information from the shipping receipt, within five (5) days of receiving the product. The product must be returned within three (3) days of request approval.

 

7.5.2. In case of an incorrect shipment, the user will not be charged for replacement or shipping costs.

7.6. Condition of Returned Products

7.6.1. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, all accessories, and accompanied by the proof of purchase. It must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed, and the labels must remain attached.

 

7.6.2. "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if the original packaging is damaged or altered by shipping labels or tapes.

7.7. Shipping of Products

Product returns or exchanges within Greece must be sent exclusively via the "ELTA COURIER" courier company. If another courier is used, the user will be charged for the shipping costs. For international returns or exchanges, the user will bear the shipping costs.

7.8. Defective Products

7.8.1. "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." complies with the obligations outlined in the Greek Civil Code (Articles 534 and onwards) regarding defective products.

 

7.8.2. In case a product is defective within fourteen (14) days of receipt, "D.I. FEIDAS S.A." will replace it at no additional cost to the user. The user may submit a return request by email to [email protected], providing all relevant information from the shipping receipt. If the product is unavailable, the user may request a replacement with a similar or higher-value product, paying the difference.

8. PERSONAL DATA

The information you provide on our website is processed according to the terms outlined in the following section. By providing your details and using this website, you declare that you have read the company's Personal Data Protection Policy and consent to the processing of the data and information you provide. Furthermore, you declare that all information and data you provide are accurate and truthful. The data that is stored relates to two areas:

  • Creation and maintenance of a customer account in our online store to facilitate user navigation, enable immediate order placement, and allow order tracking. The stored data is strictly used for the processing of orders and is not shared with third parties.
  • Sending messages through the contact form on boxer.gr, where the customer enters their details for the possibility of a response from us to their message.

You have the right to request the modification or deletion of all your personal information at any time. For any such request, please contact us via the Contact Form on our e-shop. We will process your request and respond promptly.

8.1 Security

To protect the data transmitted through the website, encryption software is used. The decryption of your data is highly secure and is considered practically impervious to unauthorized access.

8.2 Cookies

Like most websites, boxer.gr uses cookies to recognize users and provide personalized services. Specifically, the site uses the _ga, _gat_gtag, and _gid cookies through Google Analytics to monitor e-shop activity. Additionally, an e-shop cookie is created, which stores the necessary details for the proper functioning of the e-shop.

9. Free Gift Return Policy

9.1. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised and a refund is requested (for part or the total of the order), the return of any free gift accompanying the order is mandatory, as the gift is considered an integral part of the overall offer and the sales contract.

9.2. Detailed Terms:

Contractual Term: The purchase of a product accompanied by a gift is treated as a single transaction unit. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the gift must be returned along with the main product in its original received condition.

9.3. Condition of Products & Gift:

 For a return to be accepted and a refund to be processed, both the main product and the gift must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used, damaged, or altered.

9.4. Gift Value & Deduction: 

If the gift is not returned, or is returned in a condition that indicates use or wear (e.g., missing packaging, signs of use), www.boxer.gr reserves the right to: Withhold the value corresponding to the gift from the total refund amount, or not complete the refund process until the gift has been received in the required excellent condition.

9.5. Deadline: The gift must be returned simultaneously with the main product within the legal deadline of 14 calendar days.
